The bathroom was clean, which is nice, but the overall dustiness in the room was quite disturbing. the coffee capsules were absent, which led to rather unpleasant mornings. I almost forgot—I was certainly expecting a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but that woudl ve been asking too much, I suppose.

The kitchen faucet wobbles and the door from the bedroom to the kitchen won’t close properly!!! I encountered poorly maintained beds with holes and dirty bedspread!!! Upgrade the cleaning of kitchen items and provide clearer instructions for the washing machine!!!

A cozy retreat in Vienna
This spacious 1-Bedroom Suite offered a clean and inviting atmosphere, complete with efficient air conditioning. The easy access to public transport and local supermarkets was a convenient bonus.
The impersonal keyless entry and the lack of coffee capsules for the machine made mornings less enjoyable. It felt distant from central tourist hotspots, which required additional travel.
